Building Leaders of Integrity for the 21st Centurry

September 21st is used to celebrate founders' day in Ghana. The day is significant not only because it is used to recognise the leadership effort of Ghana's first president, Dr Kwame Nkrumah, but in addition, it serves as inspiration to young people to aspire to impact their communities. Riding on this theme, the Seed of Hope Foundation organised the Youth leadership and entrepreneruship forum. Dubbed YLec, it broguht together over 150 young people to discuss leadership and business building for the 21st Century. The programme held at the beautiful NBU hub at Asokore Mampong was headlined by Alhaji Ali Musah Zingi, a renowned Business Man and Politician. Other Speakers included Mr Aminu Mohammed Aziz, Branch Manager Zenith Bank, Ms Raheemat Boamah Boakye, Cluster Head-Access Bank and Mr Gamel Mohammed of Gamel Cloding and Mr Shaibu Fuseini of the NBU Hub. The program was packed with inspiration, training and guidance. Delivering the key note address, Mr Aminu Mohammed Danzaki urged young people to strive for integrity and responsibility. He emphasied that leadership makes all things better.
